We currently accept payments via direct bankdeposit, EFTPOS, Credit Cards, Cash and Paypal via secure server from 190 countries.

We ask that you submit a email info@tussocklodge.co.nz or call us with your requirements. Also please let us know if you need local pickup service or additional needs. We will then quickly contact you.

Once completed we will email you a confirmation and await your arrival.

We require a 20% deposit within 5 days of booking a reservation.We cannot guarantee a reservation without a deposit or payment in full.

Once payment is recieved we will email you a confirmation notice.

All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to reserved date to qualify for deposit refund. If cancelled without 14 days notice you will forfeit your 20% depost.
